This policy explains how we use personal information when you use our website, contact us, buy from us, apply to be a treatment model or book treatment at our London clinic. Our Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar technologies.

Sculpt Clinic’s website and London clinic are operated by SCULPTCLINIC LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 15779737. SCULPTCLINIC LTD is the data controller for the personal information described here. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

Medical history and treatment records are health information. We take extra care with them and use them only for the purposes above.

Information marked as required on a form is needed to deal with your request, and information needed for a booking or purchase is needed for our contract with you. Without it, we may not be able to help.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies keep our website working and remember your cookie choices. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Both stay off until you allow them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings. The videos, map and review widgets on our website come from other providers, and some set cookies of their own whatever you choose; our Cookie Policy explains which. We do not use this measurement to build advertising audiences, and we do not add your name, contact details or treatment details to it. If you call a phone number shown in one of our Google ads, the call may be connected through a Google forwarding number so that we know it came from our advertising. Google reports the details in the table above to us. Our call reporting does not record the conversation. It happens when you call, not through cookies, so your cookie choices do not affect it.

Booking an appointment

Our London booking link opens AesthetiDocs, which runs our online booking and patient forms on our behalf. We receive the details needed to arrange and provide your treatment, including any medical information you give in AesthetiDocs forms, and use them as described here.

Our Dubai booking link opens the Phorest booking page of Browz Clinic, where we see patients in Dubai. Browz Clinic is responsible for information you give there, and Phorest runs its booking system for it.

Our cookie banner does not control cookies or tracking on these booking websites.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above, with:

Google Analytics works for us as a service provider. Google Ads and embedded Google services, Stripe (fraud prevention) and Cloudflare (bot detection) also use some information for their own purposes.

Some providers process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Google, Stripe and Cloudflare are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Elfsight is in Andorra and Trustindex in Hungary. The UK recognises all of these as providing adequate protection. Contact us for details of the safeguards our other providers use, or a copy of them.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or give you a portable copy of information you gave us. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before.

Your right to object. You can object at any time to direct marketing. You can also object, on grounds relating to your situation, where we rely on our legitimate interests.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

To use your rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month, unless the law allows longer, in which case we will tell you why.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to us by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

You can also complain to the Information Commission, the UK data protection regulator.

Children

Our website and services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, please contact us.
