This elite course is built around the concept of scientific artistry, with a strong emphasis on understanding facial proportions and translating that knowledge into advanced injectable treatments.
Developed and written by Dr Zack Ally, the curriculum reflects his unique approach to full-face aesthetic assessment and treatment, honed through years of global teaching and clinical experience. The course introduces delegates to his adaptation of the Loomis Method—a technique traditionally used in drawing and sculpture—reimagined for aesthetic medicine. This method offers a structured way to map out facial anatomy and key injection landmarks with accuracy and precision.
Teaching is delivered by both Dr Zack Ally and Dr Adam Elshafei, who together bring a powerful combination of artistry, clinical insight, and hands-on expertise. Delegates will benefit from their shared knowledge and complementary teaching styles, gaining a deeper and more practical understanding of advanced facial assessment and injection planning.
The course places particular focus on treating The Male Face, The Female Face, The Profile, and The Mature Face, with an emphasis on the nuanced differences required to tailor outcomes for diverse patient presentations.
Structured to maximise both learning and application, the course includes detailed morning lectures followed by practical, hands-on training on live models. Practitioners will leave with a comprehensive, full-face approach that enhances both technical skill and aesthetic judgement.
Lauren Voss Mitschrich, PA-C, DMSc, is a physician associate, educator, and founder of Après Skin & Wellness with more than a decade of experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and procedural care. Throughout her career, she has pursued advanced training with many of the world’s leading aesthetic providers, traveling internationally to refine her expertise in facial anatomy, injectables, complication management, and advanced treatment planning. She also founded an injector fellowship program designed to provide intensive, hands-on clinical training in aesthetic medicine, which has grown into a highly successful educational program for developing injectors.
Lauren earned her Doctor of Medical Science degree with an academic focus on dermal filler complications and complication management, and she is currently nearing completion of an additional board certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Her teaching emphasizes evidence-based medicine, anatomy, patient safety, clinical judgment, and the translation of complex aesthetic concepts into practical, high-level clinical decision-making.
