Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies on our website, what they do and how to control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains who we are and your rights. Our optional analytics and advertising cookies come from Google. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in the same way. We call them all “cookies” here.
Your choices
Essential cookies keep our website working and remember your cookie choices. They are always on. Videos, our Google reviews widget and our Instagram feed set some cookies of their own, whatever you choose; see “Videos, maps, reviews and Instagram” below.
Our cookie banner lets you choose Analytics and Advertising separately. Both are off until you allow them. Reject all declines both, Save choices keeps what you have selected and Accept all allows both. Simply using our website does not count as consent. Accept all does not turn on personalised advertising: our website tells our Google measurement tags not to use your visit for ad personalisation.
Our website loads Google Tag Manager, which manages these tags, before you choose. It can connect your browser to Google, but Analytics and Advertising measurement do not start until you allow them.
Changing your mind. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time. When you withdraw a choice, we stop that measurement, remove the related Google cookies and browser storage on our website, and tell Google’s tags that consent has been withdrawn. Cookies that Google keeps on its own websites cannot be removed by us; you can clear them in your browser. Withdrawing does not affect measurement that took place before.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This may affect how our website works and will remove your saved choices.
Analytics
If you allow Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use our website, for example the pages you view, scrolling, clicks on links including our London booking link, site searches, file downloads, video engagement, when a form is started or submitted (not what you type into it) and returns to our thank-you page after booking. Google Analytics sends this to Google with your IP address and details of your device and browser. Google processes it for us as our service provider and gives us reports.
Our main Google Analytics property keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-level period restarts when you return to our website.
Advertising measurement
If you allow Advertising, we use Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries and bookings. Google Ads counts:
- visits to our thank-you page, including after you book at our London clinic through AesthetiDocs (Dubai bookings through Phorest are not measured), as a general measure of enquiries and bookings
- the submission of our training enquiry and London course booking forms, but not what you type into them
- a tap on our phone number on our website, but not whether a call followed.
We do not add your name, contact details, treatment, appointment details or booking value. Google’s measurement uses browser and advertising identifiers, page addresses, device information and IP addresses. We do not use it to build advertising audiences or to match contact details for advertising. Google keeps advertising data under its own retention practices.

Videos, maps, reviews and Instagram
Our home page video and Contact page map come from YouTube and Google Maps. Our Google reviews widget and Instagram feed come from Elfsight, SL (Andorra), and the reviews on our treatment pages from Trustindex Ltd (Hungary). These load when the page opens, whatever you choose in our cookie banner, and the home page video plays automatically. Videos on our training and masterclass pages load only when you press play. When they load, your browser contacts these providers, which receive information such as your IP address and browser details, and some set the cookies listed above. Elfsight says it keeps visitors’ IP address, operating system and browser type for 7 days. If you do not want these cookies, you can block third-party cookies in your browser; the video and widgets may then not work.
Read more in Google’s Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of Elfsight and Trustindex.
Booking websites
Our London and Dubai booking links open AesthetiDocs and Phorest. Our cookie banner does not control cookies on those websites.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the cookies on our website change, and ask for your choices again if a change affects them. Questions: [email protected].
