By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or utilising any of our services, you fully accept and agree to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will comply with them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website. Should you breach these terms, or if we reasonably suspect you have done so, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke your access to our website and/or services. Upon registering on https://www.sculptclinic.co.uk or using any of its services, you will be required to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
Appointments & Cancellations
All consultations (with or without treatment) require a £100 deposit, which is non-refundable and credited towards your consultation and/or treatment fee. Sculpt Clinic operates a 7-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 7 working days’ notice. We reserve the right to retain the full deposit if adequate notice is not given or if there is a no-show.
If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 7-day cancellation window, your deposit will not be credited towards any future consultation or treatment. We request that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment, allowing us to manage the clinic schedule effectively. Sculpt Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patient is deemed unsuitable, unprofessional, rude, or abusive, or if the treatment is not in the patient’s best clinical or psychological interest.
In rare or unforeseen circumstances, Sculpt Clinic may need to amend or cancel clinic dates at short notice. While we will provide as much advanced notice as possible, travel and accommodation expenses incurred are not the responsibility of Sculpt Clinic. Treatment Reviews & Follow-Ups
Sculpt Clinic aims to provide thorough consultation by discussing all relevant treatment options, pricing, durations, risks, and potential side effects. Your involvement in the consultation process is encouraged to maximise results and manage expectations. We will guide but not enforce any treatment decisions, and no treatment will proceed without verbal, written, and photographic consent.
Please note that treatment results and their duration may vary between individuals due to factors like face shape, skin type, pre-existing asymmetry, lifestyle, and metabolism. Some reduction in size is expected for injectable treatments within the first two weeks as swelling subsides.
A review appointment can be scheduled after the swelling settles, typically two weeks post-treatment (for Dermal Fillers/Anti-Wrinkle treatments), if you would like us to assess the results. This review is complimentary, but please note that while treatments are adjustable, they are non-refundable. Any additional anti-wrinkle injections required within the two-week period will be provided free of charge if the desired result is not achieved. Additional dermal filler injections, however, are charged per syringe as outlined in our treatment price list. If you fail to attend your follow-up, additional appointments will not be offered and will be charged at the standard consultation fee of £100.
Refunds
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes can vary due to individual responses to treatment. As such, no clinical or financial guarantees are provided. Refunds cannot be issued for sub-optimal results, lack of results, or complications, such as allergic reactions, as all fees are related to the services provided (e.g., professional time, expertise, product costs). These costs are incurred regardless of the final treatment outcome.
Compliments & Complaints
We welcome all feedback to help us maintain high standards of care. If you are satisfied with your treatment, we’d love to hear from you. If your expectations have not been met, please allow us the opportunity to review and discuss the results with you.

For issues related to dissatisfaction with treatment, bruising, swelling, lumpiness, or suboptimal results, please email [email protected] with clear photographs for review. If any adjustments are necessary, we will schedule a follow-up appointment within 14 days of your request.
If the issue remains unresolved and you wish to file a formal complaint, please email us at [email protected] with “Formal Complaint” as the subject line. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 5 working days.
Children (Age of Consent) & Pets
We do not treat individuals under the age of 18. Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. For safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
